Driven by these things, in February 2002, the company PC-dil d.o.o. was founded, with headquarters in Kraljevo.

PC-DiL d.o.o. is engaged in the sale and maintenance of computers, computer equipment, televisions, mobile phones, communication systems and computer networks. Company PC-DiL d.o.o. also installs DIGITAL and IP VIDEO SURVEILLANCE and ALARM using the most modern technologies.
In 2005, it was re-registered as a limited liability company (DOO).

The main activity is wholesale trade in office machines and equipment. Founder and director of the company PC-dil d.o.o. is Darko Jovanović.

Starting in 2002, PC-dil d.o.o. experiences constant and rapid development, which continues successfully year after year. One of the proofs is the fair of computers and computer equipment, which was very successfully organized by the company PC-dil d.o.o. 2006 in the House of Social Organizations in Kraljevo.

In 2007, PC-dil d.o.o. is divided into two societies:
PC-dil d.o.o. (which continues to deal with some of the previous and increasingly current activities) and SZR PC-deal service.

The company PC-DIL today consists of seven employees, continuous multi-year growth in turnover and over 50,000 satisfied customers per year. PC-dil d.o.o. has developed two approaches in its market orientation: equal to end, individual users through retail, and the second, realization of computer networks and information systems in economic organizations and state institutions.

Also, wholesale is organized according to the dealer network system with a tendency of constant growth.
