At the largest fair event dedicated to the Serbian agricultural brand, the “Plum Fair” in Osečina, where 65 producers exhibited, including 45 hosts from Podgorina, the Jovanović fruit company was declared the largest producer and exporter.
The company Jovanović voće currently has seven hectares under plum plantations. The total annual yield they achieve is about 20 tons per hectare. Most of the plums are mostly dried, and the rest are used for brandy. Annually, they export about 150 wagons of prunes, from the countries of Western Europe to China and Japan.
