Great experience at the first working meeting of the Stena Business Club, held on January 31, 2024. in the prestigious Hyatt Regency Belgrade hotel, where the club gathered an impressive 80 businessmen, club members, potential members, and close friends and associates.

The president of the club, Aleksandar Bursać, warmly greeted the attendees, sharing words of welcome, which marked the beginning of the inspiring event. In the further course of the meeting, a brochure of the club was presented, which went through the results and effects so far, while at the same time presenting the plans for the next year.

Surprising project presentations further enriched the event. Srđan Kolarić, president of the municipality of Čukarica, presented the “Mališko polje” project as an economic flywheel, providing a perspective not only for Čukarica and Belgrade, but for the whole of Serbia. The project covers 682 hectares, open for new investments and jobs, with the planned start of work in July.

Nebojša Terzić, in front of the First Business Association in China, shared the association’s plans, goals and opportunities.

Dragana Hrkalović, representative of Bitas TOO from Kazakhstan, focused on business opportunities in Kazakhstan and Central Asia, forecasting their dominance in the next 20 years.

Vlada Terzić enthusiastically presented the discovery of thermal waters in the natural place of Ovac, on the left bank of the Danube, highlighting the potential for investment in spa tourism.

Boško Praštalo, president of the HIVE Business Club from Slovenia, called for cooperation and assistance in relation to the Slovenian market, stressing the strategic importance of connecting Slovenia and Serbia through the Stena Business Club.

At the end of the first part of the meeting, Violeta Dimitrić, editor and author of the show “Neither black nor white”, highlighted as a representative of the cultural and educational community the possibilities of connecting businessmen through culture and the content that that community provides, both locally and in an international context.
